For the siomay:
- 500g of ground chicken
- 250g of shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 30 pieces of wonton wrappers
For the peanut sauce:
- 100g of peanuts, roasted and ground
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 red chillies
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 100ml of water
Step 1: Make the Siomay
In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken and shrimp together. Add the minced garlic, egg, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, and sugar. Mix until everything is well combined.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put a tablespoon of the chicken and shrimp mixture in the center. Gather the edges of the wrapper to form a small pouch. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
